01 · Heat

Induction-hardened teeth

Every tooth is induction-hardened, so the teeth resist wear while the core stays tough enough to take hard gear changes.

02 · Fit

CNC-cut tooth profile

Teeth are CNC-cut to the 415, 420, 428, 520, 525 and 530 chain standards, so the chain seats exactly, runs quietly and wears evenly across every link.

03 · Finish

Black and gold series

Black and gold finishes protect the steel from rust and give the back of your bike a clean, sharp look.

Where can I buy STT sprockets in Malaysia? (Di mana nak beli sprocket STT?)

Order online in our shop with delivery across Malaysia, or buy from an STT dealer near you: see Find a dealer. STT sprockets and chains (rantai) are made by Motorcycle Dealers Holdings in Ampang, Selangor.

Which sprocket size fits my motorcycle: 415, 420 or 428?

The sprocket pitch must match your chain. STT makes sprockets (spoket) in 415, 420, 428, 520, 525 and 530 pitch. The size is stamped on the side of your chain and sprocket, or use Find My Parts to look up your bike, such as the Y15ZR, LC135, RS150 or Wave.

Should I buy a sprocket set or only one sprocket?

Front sprocket, rear sprocket and chain wear together, so it is best to change all three at once. A sprocket set (set sprocket dan rantai) puts a matched front sprocket, rear sprocket and chain in one box, ready to fit.

When should I change my sprocket and chain? (Bila perlu tukar sprocket?)

Change them when the sprocket teeth look hooked or sharp, when the chain has stretched so far that it can no longer be adjusted, or when the drive is noisy or the chain jumps on the teeth.

How do I choose a sprocket ratio for faster acceleration or top speed?

More teeth on the rear sprocket, or fewer on the front, gives quicker acceleration and a lower top speed; the other way round gives a higher top speed. Try different tooth counts in our sprocket ratio calculator.

Are STT sprockets made in Malaysia?

Yes. STT sprockets are cut and hardened in our own factory in Ampang, Selangor, for motorcycles ridden in Malaysia, and sold through dealers across the country.
